Our Mission

The River Reeves Foundation has the ambition to help young people realise their dreams as actors, writers, artists, directors and musicians through grants, donations and other payments. We aim to provide the financial support that ensures passionate, talented young men and women can dare to dream about their futures within the arts.

The River Reeves Foundation will also be working closely with schools across Warrington to support the town’s most talented pupils. The River Reeves Foundation will be providing the funding for talented pupils selected by their schools to receive musical tuition across a range of instruments.

The River Reeves Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and our Charity Objectives are:

For the benefit of the public, to promote the education of people under the age of 25 years in Warrington in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including by:

  1. Awarding to such persons scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any university, college or institution of higher or further education.
  2. Providing their education within music and the arts, to undertake travel in furtherance of that education or to prepare for entry to a linked occupation, trade or profession on leaving any educational establishment.
